Returned jewelry must be in its original condition. Boxes and pouches must be complete and intact. All products must be new and unworn. Jewelery that is damaged, soiled or has been proven to have been worn will not be refunded. If possible, we ask you to use your original packaging for the return.

Please note that as a young company, we unfortunately do not offer free returns, especially in view of sustainable consumption.

- 14k gold & rose gold filled and 18k gold filled

This material consists of a 14-carat or 18-carat gold layer on a brass core, which is applied mechanically and therefore permanently. This creates a 100-fold gold plating, which makes the piece of jewelry durable for many years and also visually has the same appearance as pure gold. There is no tarnishing and hardly any abrasion. Our jewelry is also chemical-free, water-resistant and suitable for allergy sufferers.

- Pearls

Pearls are natural products, each has its own unique shape and light reflection, making them one-of-a-kind created by nature. Slight variations in size, color and shape cannot be avoided as no two pearls look the same.

- 18 carat fine gold

- Freshwater cultured pearls and colored gemstones such as sapphire, tourmaline, aquamarine, various quartz (such as rose quartz, amethyst and much more)

The pieces of jewelry from Simply O are lovingly handcrafted in our Munich studio using elaborate, detailed work according to our own designs.

- Gently clean your jewelry with a silver polishing or microfiber cloth.

- Avoid moisture and always store your jewelry in a dry place.

- Avoid direct contact with perfumes and cosmetics, especially pearl jewelry

You should generally not wear your jewelry while bathing or showering. It's best to take it off before you go to sleep to avoid hurting yourself or damaging the piece of jewelry.

Pearl and gemstone jewelry should not come into contact with perfume or creams. Likewise, pearls should not be exposed to the sun for long periods of time. This can cause the shine to be lost or discoloration to occur.

Store your jewelry in a dry place, preferably in a box or jewelry bag. It is particularly suitable for pearl jewelry to be stored in a soft cloth so as not to damage the surface.

Our gold filled jewelry without pearl or gemstone pendants can be worn while bathing or sunbathing. However, you should always take off delicate jewelry to protect yourself from injury and not to damage your piece of jewelry.
