Shipping time


Each piece of SimplyO jewelry is handmade for you and packed with love.

Your order will be processed within 48 hours after receipt. The delivery, if the goods are available, usually takes 2-4 business days within Germany and 2-8 business days in Austria and is valid from the date of shipment, unless a different delivery time is specified in the item description. Since our shipping partner is an estimated usual shipping time, we can not guarantee for unforeseen events such as strikes, Sundays and holidays or any delays due to congestion (eg Christmas time).

If you order items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, in this case the delivery time will be based on the longest delivery time of the ordered items. For special arrangements please send an email to info@simplyo.de.

For personalized jewelry and custom-made items, the delivery time may be extended by 1-3 business days.

Shipping costs outside Austria and Germany depend on the respective shipping service and will be calculated at checkout. When shipping to non-EU countries, additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, etc. may apply. These are levied by the respective state when crossing the border and can therefore not be covered or refunded by us.





RETURNS

It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your order, therefore we ask you to place your order carefully so that there are few returns. If you have any questions about us or our products, just send us an email to info@simplyo.de.


If you still don't like or like something about your order, you can of course return it to us within 14 days of receiving your package. The amount will be refunded to you within 14 days (from the date we receive your return) using the payment method you originally used to make the purchase. Please note that we cannot offer free returns, so the cost is the responsibility of the customer.



RETURNS FORM

Please fill out the return form and include it with your return.

You can also fill out and submit the sample revocation form or another clear declaration electronically on our website https://shopify.com/56469782621/account. If you make use of this option, we will send you confirmation of receipt of such revocation without delay (e.g. by e-mail)

Please handle the returned goods with care and send them back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. We can only accept the return if the merchandise is undamaged and unworn in its original condition. Personalized jewelry and custom-made items are excluded from return.

If the original packaging is no longer available, please use a suitable outer packaging and ensure adequate protection against damage in transit. We recommend shipping with tracking number, as we cannot accept liability in case of loss of the package in transit. We also cannot accept unfree packages.

Returns are to be sent back exclusively to the address indicated in the return form
